The International Leadership Summit 2024-2025
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The qualification period for the 2025 International Leadership Summit is 1 June 2024 - 31 May 2025 and is for Directors registered in the Australian, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea Pro-Ma Systems Marketing & Profit Plan.
- The proposed date for travel following the qualification period will be late 2025 or early 2026.
- Any Director who has never qualified for the International Leadership Summit can add the Travel Credits they accumulate in May, 2024 towards qualifying for the 2025 International Leadership Summit
- The qualification system is based on Travel Credits achieved by Directors in the Marketing & Profit Plan.
- Every individual product is assigned a Travel Credits amount. Note: No Travel Credits are given for Accessories and Sales Aids.
- Travel Credits earned towards qualification for the 2024-2025 International Leadership Summit Program must be achieved within the Marketing & Profit Plan operating in your country of residence. Should a Director be registered in more than one country, he/she cannot combine Travel Credits. The qualification must be in one country only.
- The Marketing Plan points referred to are those achieved in a Director's personal downline organisation. (Includes personal volume and any volume generated by the Director's downline, i.e.Sales Executives, Sales Managers and Sales Associates. Excludes personally sponsored directors and their downline.)
- There are two, (2), separate prize levels within the 2025 International Leadership Summit
- Level 1 (8,000 Travel Credits) - If a Director qualifies for Level One, he/she will be entitled to attend the International Leadership Summit, which includes economy class return airfares to the destination from any major capital city in Australia, along with double/twin share accommodation for the duration of the International Leadership Summit, company organised tours and company scheduled meals* [*optional tours / meals may be offered during the International Leadership Summit at the Ambassadors expense]
- Level 2 (15,000 Travel Credits) - Offers the same inclusions as Level One but covers two people.
- Pro Rata Incentive - Should a Director achieve 6,000 Travel Credits within the twelve (12) month qualification period, (1 June 2024 - 31 May 2025), he/she may attend the 2025 International Leadership Summit Program by paying the Pro Rata package price by the date determined by the company. Failure to pay by the set date will forfeit the Ambassador's attendance on the International Leadership Summit. All accumulated Pro Rata Travel Credits will be forfeited and any associated costs for cancellation will be at the Ambassadors expense. Please note, the Pro Rata package is based on departures from the main departure point of the company’s chosen airline. This departure point will vary, depending on the destination and airline chosen by the company. Ambassadors taking advantage of this package, including those from New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, would be responsible for their own travel costs to and from the elected main departure point/s, plus any overnight accommodation required due to flight connections
- To qualify for the above rewards, the following qualification levels must be achieved.
- Level 1 - To qualify at Level 1, a Director must accumulate at least 8,000 Travel Credits in the Australia, PNG or NZ Marketing & Profit Plan during the annual qualification period for the Summit. These Travel Credits must be achieved either personally or through the Director’s personal downline organisation.
- Level 2 - Requires a Director to accumulate at least 15,000 Travel Credits in the Australia, PNG or NZ Marketing & Profit Plan during the annual qualification period for the Summit. These Travel Credits must be achieved either personally or through their personal downline organisation.
- The 2024-2025 International Leadership Summit will apply only in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea
- Only Directors and Diamond Directors in the Marketing & Profit Plan are eligible to attend the International Leadership Summit.
- Travel Credits begin to accumulate when a Brand Ambassador advances to the position of Sales Manager in the Marketing & Profit Plan. However, as the International Leadership Summit is open only to Directors, any Bonus Travel Credits earned by non-Directors will be banked and credited to their travel account. These can be redeemed if they achieve the position of Director within the International Leadership Summit qualifying year, (1 June 2024 − 31 May 2025). If the position of Director is not attained during the qualification period, any points banked during that period will be forfeited.
- Any Travel Credits for both levels earned in previous programs or this program cannot be carried forward to future Leadership Summits.
- Travel Credits can be monitored online anytime via 'Business Analytics'. Simply login to the Pro-Ma Systems website and click Business Analytics, from Account Menu.
- Should an Ambassador fail to qualify for Level 2, provided they have achieved Level 1, the Company will allow the Director to purchase a second International Leadership Summit Package for their spouse/active business partner.
- Any Ambassador who qualifies for two or more tickets and wishes to bring a person, other than their spouse or partner, to the International Leadership Summit, must submit a request to the company for this to be approved. The attendance of anybody at the International Leadership Summit, other than the Ambassador or their spouse/active business partner is solely at the discretion of the company.
- Any other costs associated with the International Leadership Summit will be at the qualifying Ambassador’s expense.
- Executive Directors having eight, (8), personally sponsored active Directors, will earn 100 Bonus Travel Credits each month when they and all their eight legs qualify for OTB. An additional 50 Bonus Travel Credits will be given to the Executive Director for each additional qualified Director leg.
- Ambassadors can earn Bonus Travel Credits when they achieve any level in the Monthly Achievers Rewards. Qualification for these levels is based on the Ambassadors personal sales, as well as that of their personally sponsored downline organisation.
- When a new Ambassador is sponsored and they advance from the position of Sales Associate to Sales Manager, within 3 Consecutive Calendar Months from the date of registration, the sponsor will receive 200 Bonus Travel Credits. If the sponsor does not hold the position of Director, these Travel Credits will be banked for redemption by the sponsor should they attain the position of Director within the International Leadership Summit qualification period. If the position of Director is not achieved within the qualification period, these points will be forfeited.
- When a non-Director reaches a new level within the Marketing & Profit Plan, the following Bonus
Travel Credits are allocated to their account for redemption if they reach Director within that
qualifying year :
- Sales Associate to Sales Manager: 500 Bonus Travel Credits
- Sales Manager to Sales Executive: 500 Bonus Travel Credits
- Sales Executive to Director: 500 Bonus Travel Credits
- Should a non-Director reach any of the Monthly Rewards levels in any given month during the qualification period, only the Bonus Travel Credits will be banked to their travel account.
- The Company, Pro-Ma Systems, reserves the right to disqualify any Ambassador from attending the International Leadership Summit should that Ambassador be involved in any unethical behaviour or business with conflicting interests to those of Pro-Ma Systems.
- Pro-Ma Systems reserves the right to amend the International Leadership Summit Program / destination within the twelve, (12), month qualification period.
- Due to the nature, activities, pace and experience of the International Leadership Summit 2025, Ambassadors and their spouse / partner / child qualifying and attending the International Leadership Summit 2025 must be in good health, sound mind, able-bodied, and fit for travel.
- Any existing and / or preceding injuries, ailments, surgeries and / or conditions must be made known to the Company following the conclusion of the qualifying period and in any event at least thirty days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- The Company reserves the right to request from the Ambassador and / or their spouse / partner / child a medical clearance for travel, in which the costs of obtaining such information are to be borne by the Ambassador
- Upon receipt of medical clearance and/or acquired knowledge of existing and / or preceding injuries, ailments, surgeries and / or conditions, the Company reserves the right to decline the attendance of the Ambassador and/or their spouse/partner/child at the International Leadership Summit 2025, should the Company determine that the Ambassador and/or their spouse/partner doesn’t meet the criteria set out in point 25.
- The Ambassador acknowledges and agrees that travel and activities associated with the International Leadership Summit 2025 can be inherently risky. Accordingly, the Company expressly disclaims any and all liability with respect to any loss or damage that may be sustained by the Ambassador and / or their spouse / partner / child as a result of participation in the International Leadership Summit 2025. By participating in the International Leadership Summit 2025, the Ambassador and / or their spouse / partner / child irrevocably release the Company from any and all liability for loss or damage sustained by the Ambassador and / or their spouse / partner / child in the course of, or as a result of, their participation in the International Leadership Summit 2025 and further unconditionally waive any and all claims that they may have against the Company, either now or in the future. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable to the Ambassador and / or their spouse / partner / child in respect of any death, illness, hospitalisation, pandemic, epidemic, natural disaster, acts of public enemies, terrorism, riots, civil unrest or commotion, power, food or water shortages, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes or storms.
- The Ambassador hereby irrevocably and unconditionally indemnifies the Company against any and all liability, loss, cost or damage incurred (directly or indirectly) by the Company as a result of any negligent or wrongful act, or breach of these terms and conditions, or failure to follow any reasonable direction of the Company or its appointed representatives, while participating in the International Leadership Summit 2025, by the Ambassador and / or their spouse / partner / child.
- The Company has the right to change or postpone the International Leadership Summit 2025 due to all COVID-19 circumstances.
Please Note : Travel Credits will not be carried over from one qualification period to another. Each qualification period is a stand alone incentive.
